Andrea is a former consulting principal at Keypoint Law and a former partner of K&L Gates (2012-2016) and Mallesons Stephen Jaques (1993-2009), and is author of the leading consumer law text ‘Annotated National Credit Code’ published by Lexis Nexis, four chapters in LexisNexis ‘Australian Consumer Law’, and AML/CTF loose-leaf for Thomson Law Book Co (2007).
